Pita Rivas is an award-winning creative storyteller with over 20 years in the creative industry and more than a decade of leadership experience. Known for bridging the divide between artistry and execution, she has led high-impact productions for Fortune 50 companies like Chevron, Google and Phillips 66, as well as educational, nonprofit, and commercial clients. Her work transforms complex ideas into compelling visual narratives that engage audiences, strengthen brands, and deliver measurable business results.
As a showcased artist for her documentary films and photography, Pita brings a rare blend of artistic vision and technical expertise to every project. Her career spans independent film, corporate communications, branded content, and educational media, each shaped by her ability to lead teams, innovate workflows, and deliver content that inspires connection and drives change.
She is also deeply committed to finding solutions that uplift her community. Through her work with Lei Lei and Google, Pita has developed initiatives and content that empower individuals, amplify voices, and foster connection, extending the impact of her creative vision beyond the screen.
Outside of her professional work, Pita continues to explore storytelling through documentary and photography, while mentoring emerging creatives and collaborating on projects that shape culture and spark change. Originally from Mexico City, she now splits her time between Houston and her hometown, drawing inspiration from the cultural richness and diverse perspectives of both cities. At home, she shares life with her partner and a rescue dog, grounding her creative pursuits in connection, empathy, and community.
